Sports Performance Training classes for athletes of ALL sports
2XL Athletic Club are small-group (3-6 athletes) training classes for middle school and high school athletes of ALL sports. Each 60-minute class includes:
– Dynamic Warm-up and Mobility
– Speed and Agility Training
– Custom Strength Training Program
– Conditioning and Endurance Training
No matter the sport, in the small-group environment, 2XL coaches can customize a program to improve speed, strength, power, and agility.
Join an exisiting group or form your own group with 3-6 athletes. Classes currently meet:
Mondays 7:30p.m. Tuesdays 7:00p.m. Thursdays 7:00p.m.
